1. What is the difference between a distributor and a sales rep?

Distributor Pricing * To be eligible for the PRO-P.A.D. Distributor a customer must meet the following;

· Actively promotes and /or sells PRO-P.A.D. products online.

· Purchases at least $10,000 in PRO-P.A.D. products in a calendar year or be an Internet only business.

Sales Reps * Actively promote and /or sell PRO-P.A.D. products online.

• Purchase at least $5,000 in PRO-P.A.D. products in a calendar year or be an Internet only business.
